Community Involvement

Robert is a board member of HomeAid Orange County. HomeAid is a non-profit organization that builds and renovates shelters for those in Orange County who find themselves homeless due to sudden job loss, catastrophic illness, spousal desertion, domestic violence and many other reasons. HomeAid has built over 45 homes and provided almost 1,000 beds for the transitionally homeless.
Most recently Robert was a board liaison for The Teen Project. The Teen Project provides housing, college funding and a sober living curriculum for emancipated foster youth ranging from 16 to 24 years of age. The project completed on March 31, 2010 and houses five teens.
When Robert isn't serving as a board member with HomeAid he's organizing volunteers to serve at a local homeless shelter, the Isaiah House in Santa Ana, where his team serves and feeds around 200 homeless.
